These guys did aTERRIFIC job fixing my little car after a young man on a cell phone plowed into it in March. I am blown away by the level of detail the Olsen crew were willing to put into buy little 11 year old car. I mean - down to replacing the pin striping better than it originally was! And they washed it.... (happy sigh!) They matched paint seamlessly, and restored the entire front end in a way that makes the car look years younger. The attention to detail was great, and so was their communication with me. They kept me informed every step of the way by text and voicemail. It took longer than I thought it would, but it's often harder to get parts for an older car, and also - they were doing it right, and that takes more time. Absolutely worth the wait. Brittany, Lanni, and especially Robert Hiddleston were pleasant and professional. It feels so good to know some people still care about their work, their reputation, and how customers feel about the experience. THANKS, guys!!! The Progressive Insurance Company (the insurer of the guy who hit me) was giving me the runaround and trying to get out of their obligation despite the other driver's admission of fault, two eyewitnesses, and city cameras, etc. and they were trying to use laughably underhand, cheap tactics. Progressive is a laughable company in every way. In sharp contrast, Olsen's handled everything for me professionally and honestly. Very impressive! I am grateful, and if I ever need help again, I will absolutely go to Olsen! I will recommend Olsen without hesitation to anyone who asks me.
