Especially when I came to pick up the vehicle and I went over it with a fine-tooth-comb. And I did not expect it to be as clean as it was. The car was detailed and looked new once again. Dealing with car repairs and insurance is never fun, they took care of it all and kept me in the loop. The whole process was about a month with plenty of insurance back and forth (they took care of all of that). Bonus points for returning my car far cleaner than when it was dropped off.
